Why We Built This Site
Indiana provides public court information, but the route is not always obvious. MyCase displays the public case index and some documents. Circuit Court and Superior Courts 1 through 4 set hearings and issue orders. The Kosciusko County Clerk keeps the official local files and certifies copies. Those roles can be confused, especially when CourtCal does not list every local court or MyCase shows an event without a document link.
The pages bring the official search links, local court codes, access rules, and request methods into one county-focused reference. They also distinguish the historic courthouse from the working records counter in the Justice Building.
What You Will Find Here
The content is organized around ordinary public-record tasks and the offices that perform them.
- Ways to search criminal dockets and civil dockets
- Steps for confirming hearings through the court calendar
- MyCase name, number, citation, and attorney search methods
- Clerk routes for public inspection, mailed requests, and certified copies
- Indiana access rules that explain restricted or incomplete results
What We Cannot Do
This is not a Kosciusko County, Indiana, court, clerk, or government service. It cannot retrieve an official file for a reader, change a hearing, amend a docket, remove or seal a record, issue a certified copy, or provide legal advice. Only the court and Clerk can perform those official functions.
- No court dates can be scheduled or changed here
- No docket entry or public record can be corrected here
- No certified order or judgment can be issued here
- No legal advice is offered about a specific matter
- No linked fee, phone number, or setting is guaranteed current
Verify a docket, hearing, order, or copy directly with the Kosciusko County court or Clerk that holds the original record.
Search Partners
Some content pages carry sponsored search boxes supplied by outside providers. Those providers operate their own services, set their own prices, and control their results. A paid signup may produce referral revenue that supports this free reference resource. Kosciusko County Court Docket does not control a partner's charges or data. The official MyCase and Clerk routes remain the proper sources for court records.
